Georgia would become another place without wine, as it is known by everyone. However, sheep makes Georgia a bit special and similar to what we have known about this country. At the beginning of autumn and at the end of each spring thousands of farmers gather ‘harvest’ which is not less valuable that one collected by vignerons, particularly, wool. My name is Irena Timotievich, I have travelled along Georgia, and in this article I would like to tell you how and why they do it.
